What Is Less2More?

Less2More is an AI-driven automation tool for Amazon Sponsored Products.
You create one AI Ad per product (SKU/ASIN), and the system automatically generates and manages the underlying campaign structures. It continuously optimizes bids and budget allocation to ensure maximum advertising efficiency.

Key Highlights

  • Product-centric Management: each AI Ad maps to a single product, making it easier to manage goals (e.g., Goal ACOS) and budget per product.
  • Automated Campaign Scaling: the system automatically sets up and manages the advertising structure, reducing manual campaign/ad group work.
  • Dynamic Budget Allocation: you set a daily total budget, and AI allocates it across multiple campaigns based on real-time performance.
  • Multiple Strategy Modes: offer Conservative, Aggressive, or New Product strategy to suit different product stage and objectives.
  • Performance monitoring: use the Dashboard for trends and the list; use the detail page to pause/enable campaigns and ad groups, and review ad logs for troubleshooting.
  • Operational Alerts: get quick visibility into issues that may impact delivery (authorization expiry, out of stock, inactive campaigns, etc.).

Prerequisites

  • An Amazon Seller Central account with at least one marketplace.
  • Amazon Ads access (Sponsored Products).
  • Two authorizations completed: Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API.

Quick Start (Recommended)

  1. Sign in or sign up.
  2. Authorize Amazon SP-API (store authorization).
  3. Authorize Amazon Advertising API (ads authorization).
  4. Wait for initial data sync (typically 30-60 minutes).
  5. Create your first AI Ad (select store -> select product -> set goal ACOS & total budget -> choose strategy -> finish goal name).
  6. Monitor performance on the Dashboard or in the detail page, and adjust settings when needed.

How to Connect My Amazon Seller Account and Advertising Account to Less2More

Before using Less2More AI Ads for the first time, you need to complete two authorizations: Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. Once both are connected, the system will sync your data so you can start creating AI Ads.

Where to Start

  • First-time Onboarding: if you haven't authorized any marketplaces yet, the system will guides you to the authorization page during your first login.
  • Manage Marketplaces: navigate to Manage Stores from the top-right menu to use actions like Authorize, Reauthorize, or Connect.

Authorization Order

Step 1: Connect SP-API

  1. Select Region: North America, Europe, or Far East (Asia-Pacific).

  2. Select Marketplaces: you can select multiple selections within the same region.

  3. Authorize: click Connect SP-API and complete the process in the Amazon popup window.

  4. Verification: after success, the status will change to Connected with a timestamp

Step 2: Connect Advertising API

  1. Unlock Button: this button remains disabled until you complete Step 1.

  2. Authorize: click Connect Advertising API and complete the Amazon authorization popup.

  3. Verification: after success, the status will change to Connected with a timestamp.

Data Synchronization

Upon your first successful connection, the system will display "Loading Data from Amazon." Initial synchronization typically takes 30-60 minutes. You can start creating AI Ads once the sync is complete.

03 / AI Ad Creation

How to Create AI Ad

Before you start, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Complete Authorizations: Successfully connect both SP-API and Advertising API.

  • Verify Eligibility: Ensure the selected marketplace is eligible and authorizations remain valid.

On the Dashboard, find the Create AI ad button and click it.

Creation Flow

  1. Select store: choose your target marketplace.

  2. Select product: choose the specific SKU/ASIN you want to advertise.

  3. Goal ACOS: set your goal ACOS.
    Note: Setting this too low may reduce bids and limit ad delivery. Many sellers start between 30%-40% and iterate based on performance.

  4. Total budget: set the daily total budget for this product. The AI dynamically allocates this amount across multiple campaigns.
  5. Goal name: name your AI ad (you can keep the default or enter a custom name).

  6. AI Strategy Mode: choose a strategy (Conservative / Aggressive / New Product) that fits your goals.

  7. Submit: Click Create AI ad to launch.

  8. (Optional) More Settings: expand this section to add advanced inputs:
    Keywords: add specific keywords with Exact match.
    Negative Keywords: add keywords to all campaigns within the AI Ad as Negative Phrase.
    Product Targeting: add target ASINs with Exact match.
    Negative Products: add ASINs to all campaigns within the AI Ad as Negative.

After Creation

A newly created AI Ad may show "Creating" for a short period. The system may disable the toggle during this phase.
If the system notifies you that only one AI Ad can run per product at a time, please pause or stop the existing AI Ad before launching a new one.

04 / Data View and Management

How to Quickly View and Manage My AI Ads Data

Dashboard: Monitor Performance Quickly

Filters:

  • Store Selector: filter results by specific store.

  • Date Range: define the time period for data analysis.

  • Search: locate specific ads by goal name or SKU.

  • Status: filter by All Status, Enabled, Paused, or Creating.

  • Currency Switch: this toggle converts money metrics within the Chart Area only. It does not change the currency shown in the AI Ad list, which always follows the local marketplace currency.

Common Actions in the List:

  • Enable / Pause: toggle the AI Ad to synchronize the status of all underlying campaigns.

  • Settings: update the goal name, total budget, Goal ACOS, or AI strategy mode.

  • Goal name: click the name to open the Detail Page for deeper management.

Alerts:

Alerts highlight critical issues that impact delivery, such as: Authorization Expiry, Out of Stock, Inactive Campaigns

Detail Page: Manage Campaigns & Ad Groups

Click the AI Ad (Goal) Name to enter the detail view:

  • Currency Display: the detail page always displays money values in the marketplace currency, regardless of the Dashboard currency switch.

  • Granular Control: enable or pause specific campaigns and ad groups. Expand any campaign row to view its associated ad groups.

Ad Log

  1. Click the Log Icon in a campaign row to open the Ad Log.

  2. Select the Date Range, Change Level, and Type.

  3. Click Search to review the history.

Toggle vs. Status (Avoid Confusion)

  • Toggle (Enable/Pause): controls the object state (e.g., DELIVERING, PAUSED, ARCHIVED).

  • Delivery Status: explains why an ad is or isn't delivering (e.g., Out of Budget, Pending Review).

Note: These are different concepts-an ad can be "Enabled" but not "Delivering" due to its status.
